UI Audit Response Management — Service Terms

These terms explain deposit policy, scope boundaries, and important disclosures for Classifi’s UI Audit Response Management service.

Version: 2026-02-26

Pricing

Classifi’s UI Audit Response Management is a $995.00 flat fee service for a single UI audit notice and a single audit period (up to 12 months), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Uploads can come from you or your representative

You may upload records directly, or your accountant/bookkeeper/payroll provider may upload on your behalf via the secure portal.

Deposit policy

  • A $250.00 deposit reserves capacity and begins onboarding (including portal setup and checklist).
  • The deposit is applied to your flat fee.
  • The deposit is refunded if Classifi determines you’re not a fit after reviewing your notice/intake details.
  • If you choose not to proceed after reserving your spot, refund eligibility may depend on whether onboarding work has begun. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
If your deadline is within 7 days, your flow may route you to a quick triage step first to confirm urgency and next actions.

Scope & deliverables

Classifi provides specialist UI/employer compliance support focused on outside-payroll audits and worker classification documentation. Deliverables vary by case, but typically include:

  • Notice review + “what they’re really asking for” breakdown
  • Payment review + risk flagging (what is likely to be questioned)
  • Proof strategy + state-aware checklist by payee/payment type
  • Response packet structure (index + labeling + exhibits)
  • Draft response narrative / cover letter framework (non-legal)
  • One submission-ready packet + one follow-up round (one additional auditor request)
  • Targeted payee research to support independence where it helps (public indicators)

Out of scope: legal advice, acting as legal counsel, or representing you where an attorney is required. If legal representation is needed, we’ll tell you early.

Uploads & client responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and uploading requested records (or coordinating uploads by your representative).
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you remain responsible for meeting agency deadlines. Classifi will provide guidance and can support submissions where authorized, but outcomes and timelines depend on agency rules and responsiveness.
  • Avoid emailing sensitive documents. Use the secure portal whenever possible.
Payroll-related exports may be best provided directly by your payroll provider. You can forward them the portal link and checklist after it unlocks.

Authorized representative support

Many agencies allow employers to designate an authorized representative to assist with audit communications and submissions. If permitted in your jurisdiction and scenario, Classifi can help you:

  • • Understand the designation process and required forms
  • • Prepare materials and organize submissions
  • • Support communications in accordance with agency rules
Authorized representative support is limited to what is permitted by the relevant agency and does not constitute legal representation.

Important disclosures

  • Not legal advice: Classifi is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
  • No guarantee: Outcomes depend on facts, agency rules, and documentation.
  • Client responsibility: Unless and until an agency permits authorized representative involvement (and you complete required steps), you remain responsible for deadlines/submissions.
  • Confidentiality: We treat your information as confidential and use secure workflows, but avoid sending sensitive data over unsecured channels.

Acceptance

By checking the box in the audit response flow and proceeding to deposit, you agree to these Service Terms.

After deposit, you may be asked to sign a separate Engagement Agreement before portal access is granted. This agreement will detail scope, responsibilities, and payment terms for your case.
